The work with Pivato Porte began with a business analysis to identify the company’s positioning and plan marketing actions to consolidate domestic markets and the development of foreign ones. The marketing strategy was elaborated by analyzing the situation, defining the objectives to be pursued, and developing long-term strategies and short-term programs.
To consolidate the domestic market, a marketing automation system was developed to generate new leads for individual retailers. Geolocalised and targeted ads were created using Google and social media channels. The ads were linked to landing pages on which the user arrives by leaving his data and creating a contact database for the company.
Strategic planning focused on Italian and foreign markets. Each market was analyzed to ensure a communicative and creative offer suitable for the targeted country.
